How Tacloban City is doing 12 days after Super Typhoon Yolanda? I’ve got to make this post quick because my laptop will be out of battery in a few minutes. Unfortunately, I don’t have a generator to power up my laptop and other gadgets – I still have to recharge them in one of the charging stations to get them usable again.
I’ve got the opportunity to roam at Downtown Tacloban City.
Unlike, the first few days after the horrible storm surge and strong winds brought by Super Typhoon Yolanda that paralyzed the city, today, Tacloban City is slowly recovering.
Mobile networks are already backed. I was able to connect to Facebook through my smart phone when I was in downtown.
ATMs of DBP and Landbank are already epen.
(DBP ATM is now open)
(RCBC is open for business)
You can already buy fruits and vegetables.
There are already PUJs serving to transport the people.
(Jeepney going to San Jose, Tacloban City)
(Jeepney going to Bliss)
(Multicab – Downtown to New Bus terminal)
More updates to come. I wish I have a generator. 🙂
