Success can be synonymous with victory. That is why if you want to succeed in your business, you should learn how to fight and win the business competition. This competition is tougher, wider and deeper than any ordinary businessmen and entrepreneurs might think.
Every business persons should compete in the many aspects of business, such as marketing, management, technology, and beyond. However, the most difficult of all competitions is actually found within. It is found within the business person.
If we will scrutinize the lives of the people who have already reached the zenith of business success, we will find out that they have not only conquered the companies that are competing with them, but they have also defeated their worst enemies – themselves.
They have overcome their own indolence, impatience, greediness, doubt, hopelessness, and other personal adversaries. They have kept their strength and became a warrior of their business and whole life.
A business warrior should know how to make a plot. He should accurately determine his real enemies… enemies that can strike anyone’s heart and mind. Enemies that can make your money, human resources, talents, skills and other assets totally wasted if you will not learn how to stand and fight.
Your enemies include frustrations from the past. They are may be coming from the past, but they can also hurt your current thoughts, as well as your decisions and actions.
Your foes also include distractions that can destroy your focus to achieving your goals. Those distractions include things that are disguising as attractive opportunities but only exist to ruin your original goals.
Warriors and soldiers make use of radars. They use it to detect incoming threats. If you don’t have personal radar, you might already being conquered little by little by your enemies, without even noticing it. Thus, get intuit by continually being aware of the things that are happening from outside and from within. Don’t lose your guard at anytime… even when you’re down.
Take courage to face those disappointments. Be strong to overcome your failures. But of course courage and strength are not like magic that you can possess when you utter their names. That is why you need to be trained. You should understand that a courageous person has already made courage as his habit. This is the same with a strong person. His strength is earned through gradual training. Strength also already becomes his habit.
Therefore, don’t be discouraged if today is not a good day. Just continue your battle. Continue to be trained either in an exercise or in an actual battle. You can take a short break, but be sure to resume and fight again. Remember that true soldiers keep on fighting even if they are wounded.
As you will notice, I have not written any blog post for the past few days. This post is not even comprehensive and organized as it may seem. I’ve been experiencing personal problems and frustrations. Nevertheless, I’m keeping my strength to continue my journey.
Although I have lost momentum and speed, I know that I can restore it in the future as long as I keep on moving. No matter how little are the strength and power left in me, I will continue to become a warrior and fight for victory. I must continue this blog no matter how hard it is. I know there are people who are counting on me.
Victory and success may not be clear today, but I know they will become clearer and clearer as we keep on moving on.
