We often hear someone telling us to use our brain in order to succeed in life. Being smart and intelligent is also one of the best tips to put our business into the right track. We use our brain in strategic planning, financial analysis, evaluating people and other activities that require our wise and deep judgment. However, there are times that the brain we have becomes the reason why we fail in business.
Putting quality on your business
Our brain processes information and gives us a lot of action potentials (thanks to the billions of neurons inside it). Bu no matter how many of them are processed, action potentials are not actual actions. These multiple potentials even hinder us to do a single action. Have you been in a situation where you need to invest enough capital to guarantee the quality of your products? But because you have a lot of diverse thoughts about your fund, you hesitate to give that quality to your customers? For that scenario, you don’t need to think twice. You should always make your customers happy and satisfied. Remember that your revenue lies on their hands.
Managing and leading people
Do you observe that your employees are losing morale? But you can’t just give the monetary and nonmonetary benefits due to them because your brain has tons of other plans? If this is happening to you, you should remember that your personnel are the key to your productivity. Sometimes you don’t need to use you head to count your money before you share them to your people. Generosity motivates people, and it’s a no-brainer task to share your blessings.
The body of a businessman
A businessman should take care of his health to become active and energetic in doing business. But because most of us are too smart, we always find tons of alibis to escape our workout. Can we stop thinking of many things and just bring ourselves to gym or start our legs running at the park? You can hardly run your legs if there are many things running on you head. Even sleeping or resting enough, which are things that entrepreneurs should act, is a no-brainer move.
Final thoughts
There are many situations that we don’t need to use our brain in order to have great results. After we have brainstormed our brain to come up with the best plan, we don’t need to plan and plan again until we reach the point that we have not done and accomplished anything because of inconsistency. We need to stick to our game plan. And when there are distractions coming after us, whether they are bad or good looking distractions, we need to resist and not give them a piece of our brain. Again, we need to stick to our game plan. If we want to succeed, we should walk straight to the path of success. Becoming straight is a no-brainer task. Even remitting your required business taxes to the government is a no-brainer decision that doesn’t need hesitations. That is why sometimes, or even often, we don’t need to use our brain. What we need is just to do it.
