I've tried so many therapists and life coaches but I can't find someone who connects with me. Dear Future Self helped me in managing my fears, anxieties and depression. She also helped me see how my life can be after being jailed from these illnesses.
My mother and I think the doctor was very competent and professional and was able to identify my mother's mental health issue right away. Deeply appreciated!
I really enjoyed the session. There were several interesting questions posed that I never would have considered. It was, in my opinion, a powerful session. An hour seemed inadequate and I'm looking forward to the next one.
Any modifications I may have made as a result of my counseling have been positive and accepted. Things do grow heavier after each therapy session because I have to reevaluate my life in light of my fresh insights and unresolved BS. That said, recovery is difficult, but I am confident that things will improve.
I love my psychologist's approach of listening and providing comments and suggestions when necessary. Her assignments that she provides me are also very helpful for better introspection. I would definitely recommend her to others.
