I placed an order for flowers in advance for valentines day on the 22nd of January, on the confirmation page it indicated that the flowers will be delivered either 13th or 14th so I sent an email to their customer support to make sure it will arrive on my desired date but they did not respond. I would have understand if they told me that they cannot guaranty the date so I could cancel the order somehow but like I said they did not respond now the flowers arrivesd on the 13th so I asked them why did it arrived a day early and they just responded “on the confirmation page they said that the delivery date will be either 13th or 14th” which sucks for me because I noticed it thats why I sent an email to them the same day I placed the order

I sent an email to them on the same day to make sure it will arrive on the right time but they did not respond so the flowers arrived a day early and I would have cancelled the order of they responded that delivery date schedule was full and get flowers else where which just sucks
