    This bogus business is a scam. They give fake certificates signed by fake persons (Emerald Blake) and people who use fake names, to their clients like those who attend workshops they organized. This no longer comes as a surprise because in the past, their former name is Penmasters Wattpad Community who are exposed to be fake partners of Wattpad. They are fraudsters.
