You suddenly found yourself in a situation where you become tired of serving your seemingly terrible clients. Your patience is about to be exhausted and you’re about to give up in giving them the best of your treatment. But on the other hand, your records consider them as your important and valuable clients. Reports also show that you need to keep them. Now you’re on a dilemma whether you should continue giving them the best service or not.
In that situation, you don’t need to be in a dilemma. If one of your business core values is excellence in service, then you should make excellence as your master, and then follow it. If patience is an important quality of your business, then you should also become a follower of that patience no matter what.
Furthermore, if love is the center of your business, then you should always stand for love and serve your clients with a cheerful heart. Work on your business with all your heart, not merely for your customers or clients, but also for your business values, mission and purpose. And if you believe in God, it’s better if you do it also primarily for His glory.
