Am I Eligible for an EastWest Home Loan?
Yes, if you are:
- At least 21 years old upon loan application
- At most 65 years old upon loan maturity
- Filipino citizen or former Filipino citizen eligible under BP 185 guidelines; foreign nationals are eligible if purchasing a unit covered by CCT
- Permanently employed for at least one year; 2 years if OFW
- If self-employed, business must be at least 2 years in profitable operations
What Documents Will I Need to Prepare?
If you have applied for an EastWest Home Loan, you will be asked to provide some supporting documents in order for the bank to process your application. These documents are listed below:
If locally employed
- Completely filled-out application form
- Copy of marriage contract, if applicable
- Copy of valid ID’s (photo-bearing Gov’t ID)
- Copy of Certificate of Employment with Compensation OR latest One Month Payslip
- Copy of Income Tax Return
If OFW
- Completely filled-out application form
- Copy of marriage contract, if applicable
- Copy of valid ID’s (photo-bearing Gov’t ID)
- Consularized Special Power of Attorney, if applicable
- Latest Employment Contract or Cert. of Employment w/ Compensation)
- Proof of Remittance (Passbook / Remittance Slips for the past 3 months)
If Self-Employed
- Completely filled-out application form

- Three-year Financial Statements
- Business Registration Papers: DTI or SEC
