Behind the world’s most famous and successful companies, there are persons who have been called the founding fathers. They are the ones who founded, started and established those businesses and brands which continue to live and serve the consumers for years and even for centuries. Below you will find a list of famous companies in the world and their founders. It includes some of the oldest businesses, such as Procter & Gamble which was founded by William Procter and James Gamble in 1837, and Colgate-Palmolive which business can be traced way back in 1806 when William Colgate, a soap and candle maker, opened up a starch, soap and candle factory on Dutch Street in New York City. Hi Vic,
How are you? Long time not knowing from you, I didnt knew you had another blog, congratulations.
I just got a question, did you know what Uniliver do? Isn´t Pepsi and this guys the same ones? There is Lipton Ice Tea that it suppose to be from Pepsi and Uniliver, are they just partners?
Did you still have the other blog? Business Accent?
Are you writing yourself for both sites?
Regards,
Luis Torres
Vic says
Hi Luis, Thanks for visiting here. Lipton Ice brand is from Uniliver – an Anglo-Dutch consumer goods company. Uniliver has joined forces with Pepsico, a global softdrink bottling company, to distribute Lipton Ice Tea to the wider market, like Asia and Europe. Yeah they are partners, in terms of the brand Ice Tea.
I’m now focusing on this site, which I’m honored to have because I bring the domain dotPH, which is a more nationalistic name.
Thanks again.

Thanks Luis, this is what we called learning and sharing, with some earning. Lol. I have already more than 300 articles on this site Most of them are researched from my inner self, rather than from books just like this founders’ article. You can check http://businesstips.ph/100-ways-to-become-a-better-business-person/ – this is one of my most shared article that tackles business and personal development.
