What the Love of Money Can Do to a Person

October 4, 2011 Vic Leave a Comment

The love of money is the root of all evil.
People may know this but they can’t tell.
The love of money can make a person greedy,
And to all the people who are richer than him, he has envy.
A person who loves all his money has a lot of pride.
Thus, he forgets to live a humble life.
He feeds the wealthy with extravagant food and wine.
While not thinking the poor if they are just fine.

People think that the root of all evil is money.
But the truth… money is just a currency.
Without people, money is not counted;
Without craving, money is not wanted.
When a person loves money,
He contradicts the heaven and he disobey,
His eyes and mind are focused on the material cravings,
And he starts to ignore the spiritual things.

The love of money can give a person wealth and riches,
But those riches may have many glitches,
Because when money is prioritized,
Many eternal things are sacrificed.
These things include peace, joy, justice and kindness,
Without these things, money won’t bring real happiness.
That’s because real happiness is the fruit of contentment,
And the desire for money will only bring a person to discontentment

So don’t love money if you want to be truly happy.
Don’t love money so that in the future you’ll not suffer great misery.
Don’t be a slave of money if you want to be free.
Don’t make it your master to avoid losing your family, fiancé or fiancée.
Don’t be proud of your money if you want to live honorably,
But use your money with humility to live peacefully.
Don’t be greedy with your cash or check if you want to be friendly,
But share your bucks so that tomorrow you will not become lonely
